Bike Commuter Mini-Golf and Pannier Kit

Bike Commuter Mini-Golf and Pannier Kit Time Out Blurb This project was created for The Fortuitous Sequel to Martin Kippenberger's Installation, which was exhibited in March and April of 2007 at the Experimental Station in Chicago. Ten different artists and art collectives were invited to create one hole of a mini-golf course using reclaimed materials. Each design was also required to have a future use. In response to this challenge, I designed a mini-golf green that could be folded up, snapped together, and mounted on a bicycle rack to serve as panniers. The event was sponsored by Material Exchange, a Chicago-based art collective created by John Preuss and Sara Black. The project was then reconfigured and installed on the Quad at the University of Chicago for Earth Day, 2007.
